Shipping & Returns

I ship orders of my pre-made items out as quickly as I can, but sometimes the fastest I can do is on the weekends-- I'm a one-woman small business who also works full time.  You can generally expect a 5-7 business day turnaround before your pre-made items are shipped. I appreciate your patience until the day comes that I have the manpower of a mega-corporation, able to ship instantly!

For custom orders, the processing time is typically 4 weeks if there is no rush, and then shipping occurs after that.
